Sweat Lodge Ceremony (Inipi, temazcal)
This sacred ceremony allows us to perform a work of purification, deep healing and reconnection to ourselves and the Universe around us.
The ceremony I propose is not confined to a particular cultural vision or tradition, but rather embraces the universality of this ancient practice present in the four corners of the world.
We will find elements of Amerindian, Celtic, Chinese, Nordic wisdom...
The central and crucial point being the communion with the sacred, the divine within us, and the reconnection with all forms of life; reconnection to the Earth, to Heaven, to the cardinal directions, to the elements, to the animals, to the plants, to the minerals, and to our ancestors.
The space that is opened in and around the hut allows for a powerful transmutation process, a symbolic death, gestation and rebirth, coming out as a new born from the womb of our mother Earth, the Alchemical cauldron.
It is a space of prayer, of celebration of life through songs, of self-deposit, where respect, humility and integrity have a central place.
